For merchants without a physical storefront - contact them directly via tapping on their contact information - it will usually jump directly to their Whatsapp contact page. 

For merchants with a physical storefront - just head down to their shop! :) 

Make sure you have your identity verified on the NextBlock App. 

Show proof of your verification status on your profile page to the merchant and enjoy the perks. 

For our merchants partners without a physical storefront, do show a screenshot of your verified profile when you contact the merchant to enjoy the perks.
